I love to sew. Whether by hand, with a simple sewing machine or using a high tech serger, I’m forever fascinated how fabric and thread can be transformed. I design and make clothing. I upcycle apparel and household fabrics into new objects. I collect and reinvent vintage fabric, linens, lace and all sorts of sewing notions. Everything I sew is designed to make a statement, extend the lifecycle of materials or both.
